This week’s TikTok Shop data shows that each market behaves differently.
Beauty leads in the US and UK. Indonesia is dominated by baby-care bundles and major consumer brands. Thailand has stronger demand across food, health, beauty and home products.
The key point for sellers is simple: a winning product in one market is not automatically a winning product in another.
Market | Top Shop | Category | Estimated Weekly GMV |
|---|---|---|---|
United States | medicube US Store | Beauty & Personal Care | $10.2M–$12.5M |
Indonesia | Zwitsal | Baby & Maternity | $284.9M–$348.2M |
Malaysia | ANAS | Beauty & Personal Care | $13.7M–$16.8M |
Thailand | Ajinomoto Thailand | Food & Beverage | $9.4M–$11.5M |
United Kingdom | medicube UK | Beauty & Personal Care | $1.2M–$1.4M |
Mexico | Windboss Nutricion | Health | $458.1K–$559.9K |
Spain | medicube España | Beauty & Personal Care | $1.2M–$1.5M |
The table makes one thing clear: category leadership changes by country.
Beauty remains a major TikTok Shop category, but food, baby products, health, electronics and home goods also produce strong weekly sales.
Medicube US Store ranked first with estimated GMV of $10.2M–$12.5M.
Beauty is strong, but the top shops also included Comfrt in women’s clothing, Crocs in footwear, Shark Home in appliances and Taste Salud in health.
The top product list was also varied. A die-cast car model led the week, followed by electrolyte powder, eye gel, energy drinks and body-care products.
The lesson: US TikTok Shop is not only about skincare.
Products can perform well when they are visual, collectible, easy to explain or solve a clear everyday problem.
Indonesia produced the biggest estimated GMV figures in this report.
Zwitsal ranked first at $284.9M–$348.2M, while Daily Care by Unilever followed at $103.1M–$126M.
Baby-care bundles were especially strong. Zwitsal’s baby gift box generated an estimated $215.2M–$263M during the week.
This is a useful signal for sellers entering Indonesia.
Bundled products create a clear value proposition. They also give creators more to show in a short video: what is included, who it is for and why the offer is worth buying now.
Malaysia’s leading shop was ANAS, with estimated GMV of $13.7M–$16.8M.
Beauty and personal care dominated the ranking. Fragrance, jewelry, smartphones, baby products and footwear also appeared in the top ten.
ANAS’s six-piece lip set reached an estimated $13.6M–$16.7M.
The pattern is clear: affordable beauty sets and bundles work well when buyers can quickly understand the value.
Ajinomoto Thailand ranked first with estimated weekly GMV of $9.4M–$11.5M.
Thailand’s ranking was more balanced than other markets. Food and beverage, health, beauty, household items, furniture and electronics all appeared near the top.
The leading product was aminoVITAL energy jelly, with estimated GMV of $9.3M–$11.4M.
This is a reminder not to focus only on beauty. Everyday products with a clear benefit can perform well in Thailand.
Medicube UK led the market with estimated GMV of $1.2M–$1.4M.
Beauty brands filled many top positions, including P. Louise, Dr. Melaxin, Fyne Cosmetics and BellaVita.
But the top products also included baby tools, folding treadmills, work trousers, sofas and garment steamers.
Practical products do well when a creator can show the result quickly. Compact fitness equipment and products that solve a daily inconvenience are especially easy to demonstrate.
Mexico’s top three shops were led by health brands.
Windboss Nutricion ranked first at $458.1K–$559.9K, followed by Kind Patches MX and VivoNu.
Electronics, women’s fashion and office products also appeared in the ranking.
The market signals point to products with an obvious use case. Health, wellness and practical consumer products are easier for buyers to understand in a short product video.
Medicube España led the shop ranking at $1.2M–$1.5M.
However, Spain’s product list was more balanced. Smart security cameras, paddle boards, folding treadmills, vacuum cleaners and body-care products all performed well.
This gives sellers more room to test outside beauty.
A product does not need to be trendy in every category. It needs a clear use case, a suitable price point and content that makes the benefit obvious.
Market | Product | Estimated Weekly GMV | What Sellers Can Learn |
|---|---|---|---|
US | Die-cast car model | $2.8M–$3.4M | Collectible and visual products can sell beyond beauty. |
Indonesia | Zwitsal baby gift box | $215.2M–$263M | Bundles and family-use products remain powerful. |
Malaysia | ANAS 6-piece lip set | $13.6M–$16.7M | Affordable beauty sets make the value easy to understand. |
Thailand | aminoVITAL energy jelly | $9.3M–$11.4M | Functional food and health products have strong demand. |
UK | Momcozy electric baby nail trimmer | $548.5K–$670.4K | Small problem-solving products are easy to demonstrate. |
Mexico | Windboss Nutricion | $458.1K–$559.9K | Wellness remains a visible opportunity in the market. |
Spain | HomiQ smart security camera | $400.6K–$489.6K | Home tech can convert when its benefit is clear. |
Three useful patterns stand out.
First, beauty is still one of the strongest TikTok Shop categories. But the winning product format changes by market.
Second, bundles are working well. They raise perceived value and give creators a stronger story to explain in video content.
Third, practical products continue to perform. Treadmills, baby tools, security cameras, health products and household items work because buyers understand the benefit quickly.
Before sourcing a product, check:
Is demand growing in your target market?
Is the product supported by several creators?
Does the price leave room for margin?
Can the product be demonstrated in a short video?
Is it growing steadily, or relying on one viral post?
Is the category already too crowded?
A viral video creates attention. It does not always create a lasting product opportunity.
The better approach is to compare product sales, shop growth, creator activity and content patterns before you commit inventory.
Use TikTok Shop data from EchoTik to research products, shops, creators and market trends across different countries.
The goal is not to chase every trend. It is to find the trends that fit your market, margin and content strategy.
